This is an aerial view along the line of the Menin Road. It shows the whole BEF line, thinnly manned. You can just make out the rolling terrain, especially in the Reutel area. The Mat-O-War terrain mat is sitting over Hexon terrain pieces. The Hexon terrain system was used to recreate the exact contours. The latex roads and streams helped to press the terrain mat onto the contours, creating an impressive sight.
